CHARLOTTE LANSBERG
Charlotte Lansberg is a choral director, organist, pianist, and composer. A Los Angeles native, Charlotte began her career as organist at St. Didacus Catholic Church when she was in the 8th grade. Charlotte attended California State University, Northridge, the University of Southern California, and the Grove School of Music. She has been an accompanist for the St. Charles Borromeo Choir under Paul Salamunovich, and many choirs of the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus. Charlotte has composed music for TV, commercials, and film, and produced children’s records with Choo Choo Records. She arranged, engineered, and produced the first commercial recording of Nickel Creek with the CD, “Little Cowpoke”.  (The mandolinist Chris Thile is now the host of Prairie Home Companion). She has composed sacred choral music, including scoring the first reading from the Book of Genesis for speaker, choir, organ, horn, and oboe. In addition to being the founder and music director of Credo Catholic Choir, Charlotte serves as Music Director and Organist for St. Therese Catholic Church in Alhambra.
